OZARK GROUT TERMS OF SERVICE & CONSENT AGREEMENT

Effective Date: 6/15/2026

By submitting information to Ozark Grout, requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Estimates

All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.

Additional damage, hidden conditions, or unforeseen issues discovered during work may require additional labor, materials, or charges.

Customers will be notified before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

2. Scheduling

Scheduled appointments may require customer confirmation.

Ozark Grout reserves the right to reschedule due to:

  • Weather

  • Material availability

  • Equipment issues

  • Employee availability

  • Emergency situations

3. Access to Work Areas

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to project areas.

Personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items should be removed before work begins.

Ozark Grout is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible work areas.

4. Tile and Grout Conditions

Tile, grout, stone, and related materials may contain:

  • Existing cracks

  • Hidden damage

  • Structural issues

  • Previous repair defects

Ozark Grout cannot guarantee the correction of pre-existing structural defects that are not visible prior to service.

5. Tile Replacement Services

When tile replacement is requested:

Customer must provide replacement tile unless otherwise agreed.

Ozark Grout recommends:

Minimum of two replacement tiles available for every tile being replaced.

Existing tiles may break during removal despite reasonable care.

Ozark Grout cannot guarantee removal without breakage.

6. Color Variations

Actual grout and tile appearance may vary based on:

  • Existing material condition

  • Lighting

  • Age

  • Porosity

  • Previous repairs

Color samples are approximations and final appearance may vary.

7. Cure Times

Customers agree to follow all cure-time instructions.

Typical cure periods may include:

  • Epoxy sealing: 48 hours

  • Caulking: 24 hours

  • Grout repair: 24–48 hours

  • Top sealers: as specified

Failure to follow cure instructions may affect performance and warranty coverage.

8. Warranty Limitations

Warranty coverage applies only to approved services specifically covered by written warranty documentation.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Steam cleaning damage

  • Harsh chemical exposure

  • Abuse

  • Neglect

  • Flooding

  • Structural movement

  • Water intrusion

  • Customer-caused damage

  • Acts of nature

9. Marketing Consent

Unless otherwise requested in writing, customer grants Ozark Grout permission to use non-identifying project photographs for:

  • Website content

  • Social media

  • Advertising

  • Training

  • Sales materials

No personal information will be published without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ozark Grout's liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

11. Communication Consent

By providing contact information, customer authorizes Ozark Grout to communicate regarding:

  • Estimates

  • Scheduling

  • Service updates

  • Billing

  • Warranty matters

  • Customer support

via phone, email, and text message.

12. Acceptance

By submitting information, requesting an estimate, signing an estimate, scheduling service, or purchasing services, customer acknowledges they have read and agree to these terms.
